FAHU - Fresh Air Handling Unit

ESP - Electrostatic Precipitator
Our Electrostatic Precipitator or ESP’s have been specifically designed for kitchen extract systems and have integral sumps to collect the oil, grease and smoke particles filtered out of the exhaust. This not only simplifies servicing but eradicates potentially dangerous spillage from the bottom of the units and greatly cuts down on buildups of grease within the ducting.
Smokeless Kitchen Hood with ESP
We use advanced electrostatic technologies. The cooking fume and oil mist from restaurants or hotel kitchens can most efficiently achieve filtration and purification. Air is drawn by the motor/blower through a filter bank which traps large dust particles. The remaining particles, some as small as 0.01 microns pass into a strong electrical field (ionizing section) where the particulate receives an electrical charge.
